convenient location friendly staff
the location is convenient with many shops and restaurants nearby. the metro station is close. the staff were friendly and helpful.
the hotel did not provide coffee or tea facilities in the room. sometimes the paid option at the reception did not work.

convenient location friendly staff well kept room
I found the location quite convenient. It was near the u-bahn station (this made getting around easy). the staff were friendly and accommodating . the room was clean and generally well kept.
